GAMMA EPSILON CHAPTER
About Us

Welcome!
Hii!! My name is Gabriella Van Inwegen and I’m the current President of the Gamma Epsilon Chapter of Gamma Phi Beta, here at the University of Puget Sound. Finding community is such an important and developmental aspect of coming to university, but that actually isn’t the reason I was originally interested in Greek Life. I was interested because I knew how much Greek Life can foster leadership skills, greater giving, professional development, networking abilities, and give endless opportunities that can open doors in the future. Forming close relationships is something I sometimes struggle with, so the aspect of siblinghood and friendship was more of a “maybe” for me. My experience since joining Gamma Phi Beta has been beyond anything I could have expected. Not only has it given me all the skills and experience for a perfect resume, but it’s given me people that I can’t imagine my life without and the ability to build long-lasting relationships for the rest of my life. In Gamma Phi Beta, you are surrounded by incredibly hard-working, intelligent, funny, and endlessly kind individuals that are supported by an organization that fosters Love, Labor, Learning and Loyalty. And this manifests in the most fun ways possible, from late night Taco Bell and singing in the bathroom, to laughing on the ground at Chapter and dressing up as medieval princesses at a “Gammie Gathering”! Being a part of this community means that in everything you do, you will have someone to cheer you on, someone to hear you, someone to catch your tears, and someone to push you. In every way, and for every member, Gamma Phi Beta remains willing and able. I cannot wait for more years of true and constant love.
to the Crescent moon and back,
Gabriella <3
